Auction items must be brought to the Event Registration Desk on Friday, March 24 by 8:30 a.m. If the item does not have the hospital / company name on it, please attach a business card to it. All items contributed should be in the form of a themed gift basket. The fundraiser will be conducted as a silent auction.
Auction items will be on display beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, during the exhibitor session, and continue Friday afternoon during the poster reception. Bidding will close Saturday, March 25 at 1:30 p.m. Winning bidders must identify their winning baskets and make payment by 4:00 p.m. Saturday.
